Below is a sample of the work that I have created at Vistaprint for the consumer and business sides of the company. I have created hundreds of design concepts, top sellers, that are still available on the website for purchase.
Wedding Invitation
Client Request: Feathers and Flowers
Inspired by the laid back, boho bride who loves to mix textures. I used an array of flowers and feathers that were painted by our in-house illustrator to create this design.
Client Request: Feathers and Flowers
Inspired by the laid back, boho bride who loves to mix textures. I used an array of flowers and feathers that were painted by our in-house illustrator to create this design.
Using Photoshop, I manipulated and arranged the illustrated elements to create a modern lock up that gives depth to the design. I used an all capital serif font and increased the kerning to make the bride and grooms names the focus between the feathers and flowers. The result is a clean, unique, and visually appealing design.
Holiday Card
Client Request: Designers Choice Pattern
Client Request: Designers Choice Pattern
To start, I researched popular pattern trends on Pinterest. I knew that our target demographic for holiday cards was 28-45 year-old women and the top trending patterns were coming from the fashion industry. With these key details I pin pointed Anthropologie brand as a point of inspiration.
Using Photoshop and Illustrator, I combined this pattern with a tightly knit burlap texture. I used a modern all capital bold san serif font and increased the kerning to make the headline pop. The result is a simple, trend forward design.
